Case Study: 48 Unit Development in Butler
Ventura iD partnered with a large site developer to design and build a 48 unit development in Butler over three stages. The development was designed to utilise the space available on the site by combining strata and green title blocks to cater for different end users. To achieve this, Ventura iD obtained approval by shire to reduce setbacks and combined car bay areas with outside living areas.

- Design team negotiated with the local shire to get approvals and maximise shire guidelines
- Use of party walls combined with increased wall cavity with thicker plaster and fastwall bricks to assist with sound-proofing
