Overview:
The owner of this project purchased two sites side by side with a Right of Way (R.O.W.) running down the right hand side of 40 Winchelsea Avenue.
The outcome of this triplex development has been a great success for the owner who wanted to create single story villas that would complement his rental portfolio. Ventura ID designed the plans in accordance with the owner's brief, obtained all necessary approvals and constructed the dwellings on time and on budget. The hassle-free process inspired the owner to immediately enter into another project with Ventura ID.

Development Details:
Before any work could start on this triplex development project, Ventura ID supplied a planning drawing to assist in the amalgamation of the two separate blocks and the R.O.W. Once approvals were granted and the new boundaries established, Ventura ID obtained planning and building approvals to get the project underway.
During the construction of the triplex Ventura ID assisted the owner in obtaining survey strata titles, allowing the owner to have separate title before completion of construction and giving him flexibility should he have wanted to sell any villa upon completion.
