When the clients first spoke to Ventura ID about their site, they thought they could only build three villas. After initial assessment and surveying, the design team determined four villas could be developed on the site by applying to the shire for variations in the R codes. Ventura ID's complete understanding of the R codes and how the local authority would apply them turned this profitable venture into a very profitable project.
