They demolished the existing home, upgrade the sewer, water and power to meet WAPC requirements and gained approval for two new homes to be built on the parcel of land.
Ventura iD worked with the owners separately to determine their individual needs then designed plans and elevations to suit. The front house was designed and built for a professional couple with no children, while the back home was designed for a family.
