How We Work

Process

Ventura iD lets you choose the level of involvement you have in your investment property project. The process is simple: you continue with your day-to-day business without being hassled with site issues while the Ventura iD team ensures deadlines are met and quality is maintained. Below is an outline of the Ventura iD steps for a successful property development.

Site Assessment

Assessment of your property is the first stage in determining the viability of your project. After viewing and assessing the site, property development options will be discussed to determine the best solution for your investment.

Feasibility

After discussing the development options, your Development Consultant will submit a design concept to one of the specially selected design teams. Your contour survey information and the brief you have given to the Development Consultant will be taken into consideration before the design expert creates concept plans and elevations. The drawings are then passed on to Ventura iD's specialist estimating department who will prepare a detailed cost estimate and a list of inclusions.

Planning & Building

The design team's extensive knowledge of various planning and building codes makes the planning stage an efficient process. Because we specialise in property developments, the team has a wealth of experience in dealing with local shires for development approvals. They know what to expect, and how to prepare designs and documentation correctly to speed up the approval process.

Finalise Changes & Colours

Ventura iD's award-winning Interior Designer will assist you to put the finishing touches to your development property and will offer suggestions on current trends in colours and finishes. Your own specialist Contracts Administrator will check that all the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed in your paperwork to ensure your property development starts off as a success.

Comprehensive Site Inspection

Ventura iD assigns you a dedicated Starts Supervisor who works alongside you to ensure demolition, sewer, water and power services have been arranged and completed to avoid any delays in going to site.

Approvals

Your dedicated Contracts Administrator will liaise with any required organisations in order to ensure all approvals are granted in a timely manner prior to construction.

Construction

A dedicated Development Consultant will oversee your project from start to finish. All of Ventura iD's consultants only work alongside property investors and developers, so they understand the importance of completing projects on time and on budget to maximise the return on your property investment.

Independent Inspector

Ventura iD is 100% committed to consistent quality building. Every project is assessed by an Independent Inspector who, along with the Construction Manager, must pass all points on the quality assessment before you're invited to complete your own final handover inspection. This way you don't have to be an expert in construction to get a great finish.

Completion

Your personal Construction Coordinator is always available to provide updates on the progress of your project, and is contactable via a direct line.

Subdivision

When the time comes to subdivide your property, Ventura iD Property Development Consultants have all the experience necessary to make dealing with government departments an economical and efficient process.
