A Personal Consultant
Ventura iD has fully qualified and trained consultants who specialise in working with property investors and developers of all sizes. These professionals are your initial contact and act as a conduit between you and the Ventura iD design and estimate teams.
The Drafting & Design Team
Ventura iD's skilled designers work with different size developments all day, every day. Their job is to know what can and cannot be done in each shire and to make sure they are on the cutting edge of what is new. The benefit of working with professionals who only work on investments and developments is they get it right the first time, and that saves you time and money.
The Estimating Team
Ensuring the cost is accurate and knowing what to include in the additional site works is a must if your project is going to be a success. Having professionals who are dedicated to working on property developments ensures the project is priced right and that there are no costly surprises later on.
Administration
Ventura iD's administration is managed by experienced people who know exactly what has to happen before you go to site, when you're on site, and when construction is finished.
